Marketing Coordinator

Reflective Learning is in search of an enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator with a passion for marketing and branding. The candidate will work closely with multiple teams to manage and contribute to our marketing efforts across various channels. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is willing to dive into multiple projects, learn as they go, and have a significant impact on our marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and Update Social Media Platforms

  • Develop and maintain a social media calendar.
  • Create and schedule posts across various platforms like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
  • Engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
  • Collaborate with the graphic design team to produce visually appealing content.

Assist in Copywriting for Marketing Collateral

  • Write and edit copy for various marketing materials, including website content, brochures, newsletters, and email campaigns.
  • Coordinate with the SEO team to incorporate relevant keywords and optimise web content.
  • Proofread materials for clarity, grammar, and spelling.

Coordinate and Assist in the Planning and Execution of Company Events

  • Help in the logistical planning of corporate events, webinars, and trade shows.
  • Manage invitations, RSVPs, and event promotions through various channels.
  • Assist in setting up and tearing down event spaces, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring the smooth operation of events.

Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams to Create and Execute Content Marketing Strategies

  • Work closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to identify content needs.
  • Assist in creating a wide range of content types like blogs, whitepapers, video scripts, and more.
  • Monitor content performance and suggest improvements based on analytics.

Assist in Advertising Campaigns and PR Efforts

  • Help plan and execute advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.
  • Draft and distribute press releases and media kits.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media contacts.

Monitor and Analyze Performance Metrics to Improve Marketing Strategies

  • Regularly track and report on KPIs like web traffic, engagement rates, and conversion rates.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics to gain insights into customer behaviour.
  • Make data-driven decisions to refine and optimise ongoing and future marketing campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Recent Graduate of a Marketing or Communications degree, or proven experience in marketing (own brand, built a community, published articles)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
