Why Aren’t The Changes To Your Avatar Being Saved?
If the changes you made to your avatar aren’t saved, it’s likely because you didn’t click “Save Changes” after customising.
How to Ensure Changes are Saved:
- Customise your avatar: Select the items or features you want to update. Items are purchased with gems that you earn on the platform, so make sure you have enough to get the look you want.
- Click “Save Changes”: Before exiting or selecting another item, make sure to click the “Save Changes” button. This step is essential to ensure your changes are applied.
- Without saving, any changes made to your avatar won’t be kept, so always double-check that you’ve hit “Save changes” before moving on! In the example below, I’ve chosen a new set of eyes. To apply them, simply click ‘Save Changes.’
